Program Description

Event Details

Join us for a fun, hands-on class where you’ll learn the essentials of baking your own delicious sourdough bread, no prior experience needed! We’ll cover how to care for your starter, mix and shape dough, and bake a loaf you’ll be proud to share. You’ll leave with recipes, tips, and your own starter so you can keep baking at home.

Due to limited supplies, priority will be given to Glen Carbon residents who have active library cards. Please contact us if you have questions about creating an account or renewing your card registration.
